Investment towards your healing:

Flat rate session fee of $165

All sessions are 45-50 minutes and can be scheduled conveniently online in our scheduling portal.

Insurance

I want you to be in the driver’s seat of your healing journey.

I want you to be able to:

Choose how many sessions you would like to have,

The ideal provider you would love to work with,

Whether or not to share a diagnosis on a record that may impact your future plans,

The specialized trainings or experience that matter to you and will help move the needle forward on your journey,

The convenience of reaching out even when a diagnosis is not present or the focus of our work.

For these reasons, I do not bill insurance directly. 

My services may be covered as an out-of-network provider by many insurance plans. You may be eligible to receive partial reimbursement for our sessions. Session fees are paid by the client at the time of service, but I can provide a receipt that clients may use to seek reimbursement for services.

If you are considering seeking reimbursement from your insurance, I encourage you to contact your insurance company to inquire about coverage. I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• What coverage is available for in-network and out-of-network providers?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?
• Does my insurance reimburse for online sessions?

Payment

I accept credit, debit, health savings accounts, and all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Payment is due prior to beginning your session. An online payment portal is available for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy

I value the time and energy you put into showing up and doing this work.

I am also deeply committed to showing up and supporting you in doing this work.

And, life happens. 

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours beforehand. This will allow another person an opportunity to take additional steps on their healing journey. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
